MysticKat provides custom digital PDF reports, including astrology, numerology, astrocartography, destiny matrix, and related metaphysical reports.
All products and services are delivered online only. MysticKat does not ship physical products.
By placing an order with MysticKat, you agree to this Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy.
1. No Physical Shipping
MysticKat does not offer physical shipping.
All reports are delivered digitally in PDF format. No printed reports, physical products, packages, or postal deliveries are provided.
No shipping fees apply unless otherwise stated for a future product or service.
2. Digital PDF Delivery
All MysticKat reports are delivered as digital PDF files.
Your PDF report may be delivered by:

Please ensure your email address and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
3. Delivery Timeframe
MysticKat custom PDF reports have a turnaround time of up to 7 business days.
This timeframe begins once:

Payment has been received in full

All required birth details or order information have been provided

Any required customer information is complete and accurate
Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or business closure periods.
Delivery times may vary during busy periods, launches, sales, high order volume, illness, technical issues, or other circumstances outside MysticKat’s control.
MysticKat is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or missing information supplied by the customer.
4. Required Customer Information
Some reports require information such as:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of purchase.
Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery or affect the accuracy of the report.
If required information is missing, the 7 business day turnaround begins only once the missing information has been received.
5. Incorrect Email Address
MysticKat is not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect email address supplied by the customer.
If you entered the wrong email address, please contact MysticKat as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the website.
Where possible, MysticKat may resend the report to a corrected email address after verifying the order.
6. Spam, Junk, and Email Filtering
If you have not received your report within 7 business days, please check your:

MysticKat is not responsible for delays caused by email filtering, inbox settings, full inboxes, blocked senders, or email provider issues.
7. Download Links
If your report is delivered by download link, it is your responsibility to download and save the file within any stated access period.
MysticKat is not responsible for expired links, lost files, deleted emails, or failure to download the report within the available timeframe.
Because birth data is wiped from MysticKat’s working system after report generation, MysticKat may not be able to recreate or reissue a report unless you provide the required information again.
8. Gift Card Delivery
Gift cards are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards may be sent by email, download link, website account access, or another digital method listed at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the recipient’s details are correct before purchasing a gift card.
MysticKat is not responsible for gift card delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, blocked emails, or unauthorised access to the recipient’s email account.
9. International Orders
MysticKat services are delivered digitally and may be purchased by customers in different locations, subject to availability and applicable laws.
No physical shipping, customs fees, import duties, or postal charges apply to digital PDF reports.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are able to access digital PDF files in their country or location.
10. Technical Issues or Delays
MysticKat aims to deliver reports within 7 business days using reliable digital systems. However, delays may occasionally occur due to technical issues or circumstances outside MysticKat’s control.
These may include:

Internet disruptions

File delivery problems

Customer device or software issues

High order volume

Illness, emergencies, or temporary business interruptions
If there is a significant delay, MysticKat will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers where possible.
11. Lost or Deleted Reports
Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their PDF report once delivered.
If you lose or delete your report, MysticKat may assist where reasonably possible.
However, because birth data and submitted report details are wiped from
MysticKat’s working system after report generation, MysticKat may not always be able to recreate or resend a report unless you provide the required information again.
A new order may be required if a report needs to be recreated.
12. No Refunds for Delivery Issues Caused by Customer Error
Refunds are not provided for delivery issues caused by customer error, including but not limited to:

Incorrect email address

Failure to check spam or junk folders

Lost or deleted files

Incorrect or incomplete birth information

All custom PDF report purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
