Refund Policy

MysticKat provides custom digital PDF reports, including astrology, numerology, astrocartography, destiny matrix, and related metaphysical reports.

All reports are created specifically for each customer using the information provided at the time of purchase. Because these are personalised digital products, all payments are upfront, final, and non-refundable, except where required by law.

By placing an order with MysticKat, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Custom Digital Products


MysticKat reports are custom-made digital products delivered in PDF format.

 

Each report is created using the personal details provided by the customer, such as birth date, birth time, birth location, name, or other information required for the selected report.

 

Because each report is personalised and cannot be resold, reused, returned, or cancelled once ordered, refunds are not provided for completed or in-progress orders, except where required by law.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind


MysticKat does not offer refunds for change of mind.


This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Deciding you no longer want the report

  • Selecting the wrong report, tier, or package

  • Finding a cheaper option elsewhere

  • Forgetting to use a discount code

  • Not reading the product description before purchasing

  • No longer needing the report

  • Disagreeing with or not resonating with the interpretation


All customers are encouraged to carefully read the product description, tier inclusions, delivery details, and Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

3. Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer


Customers are responsible for ensuring all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

This may include:

  • Correct spelling of names

  • Correct date of birth

  • Correct time of birth

  • Correct place of birth

  • Correct email address

  • Correct recipient details for gift cards

  • Any other information required for the selected report
     

MysticKat is not responsible for errors in a report caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
 

Refunds will not be provided where the customer has submitted incorrect details.

If a report needs to be recreated due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a new order may be required.

4. No Refunds After Work Has Begun


Once an order has been placed and work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, except where required by law.


This applies even if the PDF report has not yet been delivered, as preparation, chart generation, interpretation, formatting, and report creation may begin shortly after purchase.
 

5. No Refunds After Delivery


Once a PDF report has been delivered, opened, downloaded, accessed, or emailed, it is final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, and personalised spiritual reports cannot be reused or resold.

6. Gift Cards


Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
 

MysticKat is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrectly entered, expired, or unauthorised use of gift cards.
 

Customers are responsible for ensuring gift card recipient details are correct before purchase.
 

7. Entertainment Purposes Only


All MysticKat reports are provided for entertainment, spiritual reflection, and personal insight only.


Reports are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, business, career, relationship, immigration, relocation, or other professional advice.


Refunds are not provided because a customer disagrees with the interpretation, does not resonate with the content, expected a different outcome, or used the report to make a personal decision.


Customers remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

8. Delivery Issues


Reports are delivered digitally by email or through the method stated at the time of purchase.
 

MysticKat is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect email addresses

  • Full inboxes

  • Spam or junk mail filters

  • Customer email settings

  • Technical issues outside MysticKat’s control

  • Failure to check email folders

  • Failure to provide required order information
     

If you believe your report has not arrived, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact MysticKat using the contact details provided on the website.
 

Where possible, MysticKat may assist by resending the PDF report to the email address used at purchase or another verified email address.

9. Duplicate Orders


Refunds are not automatically provided for duplicate orders.
 

If you believe you accidentally placed a duplicate order, please contact MysticKat as soon as possible.
 

If work has not yet begun on the duplicate order, MysticKat may, at their discretion, cancel the duplicate order or offer store credit. Once work has begun or the report has been delivered, the order is final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

10. Australian Consumer Law


Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
 

Where a remedy is required by law, MysticKat will comply with those obligations.

This policy applies to change-of-mind refunds and customer-requested cancellations for custom digital PDF reports.
