1. Overview

MysticKat provides online astrology, numerology, astrocartography, destiny matrix, and related metaphysical reports in digital PDF format.

All services are delivered online only. MysticKat does not provide live consultations, phone calls, video calls, in-person sessions, counselling, coaching, or ongoing advisory services.

By purchasing from MysticKat, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

MysticKat’s services may include, but are not limited to:

Natal report readings
Solar return reports
Synastry and relationship compatibility reports
Astrocartography reports
Destiny Matrix reports
Numerology reports
Other astrology, numerology, spiritual, or metaphysical PDF reports introduced in the future

Services may be offered in different tiers, packages, or price points. Each tier may include different levels of detail, report length, content, inclusions, or delivery timeframes.

MysticKat may update, remove, rename, or change any service, tier, package, price, or offering at any time.

3. PDF Reports Only

All readings and reports are provided as digital PDF documents.

No physical product will be shipped. No live consultation is included unless expressly stated, and currently MysticKat does not offer consultations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct email address and accurate details at the time of purchase.

4. Entertainment Purposes Only

All MysticKat reports are provided for entertainment, spiritual reflection, personal insight, and self-exploration only.

MysticKat’s services are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, business, career, health, relationship, immigration, relocation, or professional advice.

You should not rely on any report as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions, and outcomes.

MysticKat does not guarantee any specific result, prediction, event, outcome, transformation, relationship outcome, financial result, health outcome, or life change.

5. Birth Data and Customer Information

Some reports require personal information such as your name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, or other relevant details.

You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate and complete. MysticKat is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete report content caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once your report has been generated, your birth data and submitted personal details are deleted from MysticKat’s working system and are not kept for future use.

Because this data is deleted after report generation, MysticKat may not be able to recreate, edit, or reissue a report unless you provide the required information again.

6. Third-Party Birth Information

Some services, such as synastry, relationship, family, numerology, destiny matrix, or compatibility reports, may require information about another person.

By submitting another person’s information, you confirm that you have permission to provide that information, or that you are otherwise authorised to use it for the purpose of purchasing the report.

MysticKat is not responsible for any issue, dispute, or claim arising from the unauthorised submission of another person’s personal information.

7. Payment

All payments must be made upfront at the time of purchase.

Orders will not begin processing until payment has been received in full.

Prices are listed on the website and may vary depending on the report type, tier, package, or promotional offer available at the time of purchase.

MysticKat reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for.

8. Custom Orders and No Refunds

All MysticKat reports are custom digital products created specifically for the customer using the information provided at the time of purchase.

Because each report is personalised and digitally delivered, all payments are final and non-refundable once the order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind
Incorrect birth details or personal information supplied by the customer
Choosing the wrong report, tier, or package
Not resonating with the interpretation
Personal disagreement with the report content
Failure to read the product description before purchase
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information
Downloading, opening, receiving, or accessing the PDF report

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. The ACCC notes that consumers may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or another remedy where consumer guarantees are not met.

9. Delivery of Reports

Reports are delivered digitally as PDF files to the email address or account details provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the report type, tier, order volume, and any information required from the customer.

MysticKat is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, incomplete information, technical issues outside MysticKat’s control, email filtering, spam folders, or customer failure to provide required details.

10. Gift Cards

MysticKat may offer gift cards for purchase.

Gift cards are digital unless otherwise stated. Gift cards may only be used toward eligible MysticKat products or services and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

MysticKat is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrectly entered, or unauthorised use of gift cards.

Gift card expiry dates, if applicable, will be stated at the time of purchase or on the gift card itself.

11. Intellectual Property and Personal Use

All reports, written content, interpretations, branding, website content, digital products, and materials provided by MysticKat remain the intellectual property of MysticKat unless otherwise stated.

Your purchased report is for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share publicly, edit for resale, or use MysticKat reports or content for commercial purposes without written permission.

12. Accuracy of Astrology, Numerology, and Metaphysical Content

Astrology, numerology, astrocartography, destiny matrix, and related metaphysical systems are interpretive and symbolic in nature.

Reports are created for reflection and entertainment only. They should not be treated as factual certainty, professional advice, or guaranteed prediction.

Interpretations may vary depending on the method, system, calculation style, software, practitioner, or spiritual approach used.

13. Astrocartography and Relocation Disclaimer

Astrocartography and location-based reports are provided for entertainment, spiritual insight, and personal reflection only.

They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for moving, travelling, relocating, immigrating, buying property, changing careers, ending or beginning relationships, or making financial or legal decisions.

You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice before making major life decisions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MysticKat is not responsible for any loss, damage, disappointment, emotional distress, decision, action, missed opportunity, financial loss, relationship issue, health matter, travel issue, relocation issue, or other outcome arising from your use of a report or service.

You agree that your use of MysticKat’s services is at your own discretion.

15. Changes to These Terms

MysticKat may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version available on the website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

Continued use of the website or purchase of services after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
